As a veteran of corporate moves himself, Bill guides each individual in learning the region and finding the communities that best fit their needs, and then assists in finding their new home.

Strong communities and schools lead to rising real estate values and more stable markets. Bill’s continuing efforts to improve our region and home values include chairing the Chamber of Commerce Education committee and serving on the committee since it creation, teaching leadership to rising high school juniors, leading the creation of the “Leader in Me” program in high poverty schools,  serving as vendor leader for every Statesville Pumpkinfest, leading the Chamber Ambassadors, helping pass the last 2 Iredell County school bonds, and numerous presentations to city and county government  in support of these community enrichment programs. His latest initiative is leading Pickleball Clinics at the local YMCA to help seniors and beginners play safely, build their skills, and enjoy positive social and physical interactions.
